Operation Compagnons d'armes
Project Phase 1
In Canada, more than 2500 veterans may be experiencing homelessness. We believe they require immediate, if not urgent, assistance with medical care and other basic needs. In addition, most of these brothers and sisters-in-arms also suffer from mental health issues. The identification of cases of veteran homelessness merits consideration to ensure the various levels of government dedicate the resources required to provide assistance! Phase 1 of the web-based epidemiology project to identify cases of veteran homelessness aims to justify the requirement for a fundraising campaign by collecting preliminary data.
